How can I contact you?

We check our email regularly each day and will be happy to assist you
Can you notify me when you have any new products or special offers?
We would be very happy to! Please sign up for our newsletter on our homepage and you will receive fun and useful information, including special offers and notification of new products.
Please also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest to keep up to date with us and share your experiences. In particular we would really like to see the places you have taken your phone and what pictures you have been able to capture using our products!
Note: we do not deliberately share your details with any other companies as we ourselves are regular email users and do not appreciate unsolicited email.

Orders
How do I place an order?
Click on the red ‘buy now’ button which takes you to the product page. You can then simply choose the quantity, click ‘add to cart’ and this will take you to the shopping cart. Here you need to click ‘checkout’ and you can fill in your details and make a payment. Once payment is received you will be sent an email notification with a receipt.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment using Debit or Credit Card through Kiwipay.
Is it possible to amend or cancel an order?
Unfortunately once payment has been received it is not possible to amend or cancel as we aim to dispatch your order the next working day. However we will do our best to assist you with any problems you have regarding your order. Please email us immediately at contactus@phonecases.co.nz with your order number, name and contact details.
Is your website secure?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. For further information please refer to our policies, including our Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions.
Note: We used an industry-recognised shopping cart provider to provide our online store.

Delivery
How long does delivery usually take?
We aim to post your order the next working day once we have received payment. 
Please note: We will not post your item until we have received full payment.
Do you deliver to a PO box?
Yes we can.
What are the costs for delivery?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location. We have a shipping rates calculator located in the shopping cart.
Which couriers do you use?
We will post your item using NZ post.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we only ship to New Zealand addreses. However, if demand is sufficient we will consider posting internationally in the future.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order within 14 days of payment being placed, please email us at contactus@phonecases.co.nz with your order number, name and contact details.
Can I post my items to a different address to that of my billing address?
Yes. As part of the checkout process you can specify a delivery address if it is different to your billing address. Please note that we aim to post orders on the following working day, so please ensure that you enter the correct address details.

Refunds and Returns
How do I obtain a refund?
Phonecases.co.nz operates a simple 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly provide you with a refund. Simply email us at contactus@phonecases.co.nz with your order number, name and contact details and we will provide you with further instructions.
Please note: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
How do I return an item to you?
To return an item please email us at contactus@phones.co.nz with your order number, name and contact details and we will provide you with further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Products
Should I test my product before use?
We strongly recommend that you test all of our products before you use them. PhoneCases.co.nz are not repsonsible for damage to any product or device that you own through the use of our products.
To test the waterproof case;
Place a dry tissue inside the case and test underwater to check for any leakages. If the tissue gets wet please ensure you have followed all the instructions and securely closed the case.
To test the bike mount;
Please read all of the instructions prior to use. Ensure the bike mount fits on your handlebars and that the lid closes securely.
Is this case compatible with my phone?
Bungee
This will fit any phone.
Bike Mount
This is only compatible with iphone 4 and 4s.
Waterproof Case Advanced
The advanced case fits the majority of phones, including the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5. It also fits the majority of Samsung-based Android phones including the Galaxy S, Galaxy S2, Galaxy Ace and Galaxy X.  This product is also compatible with portable music players. 
Whilst most phones will fit, ensure that the phone is no more than 128mm in length or the internal earphone jack will not fit into the phone whilst inside the waterproof case (The Samsuny Galaxy S3 is too long to make use of the headphone jack).
Waterproof Case Lite
Whilst most phones will fit, ensure that the phone is no more than 138mm in length or the phone will not fit in the waterproof case. Phones that fit in this case include the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S. iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy Ace and Galaxy X.
